CONSTIPATION MEANING: Less than 3 bowel movements per week straining to start or complete a bowel movement. Stool consistency that looks like rock and pebbles a feeling of incomplete emptying.

   Low intake of fiber or not drinking enough fluid.

   Eating excess meat or chicken
